Kingdom Clean Terms and Conditions Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms of use for Kingdom Clean, LLC services (“Service Provider”), entered into by you, the Customer (“you” or “Customer”), upon using or requesting services. By using any of Kingdom Clean’s services, you acknowledge and accept the terms detailed here.
1. Services Provided
Kingdom Clean offers trash bin and recycling bin cleaning, as well as power washing, for residential and commercial customers. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
Kingdom Clean provides sanitation and deodorization services only. Kingdom Clean does not provide trash removal, waste hauling, or disposal services of any kind.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure service delivery, customers agree to the following. Failure to meet these conditions may result in service delays, skipped service, or additional fees.
Communication
Ensure emails from Kingdom Clean are not filtered out. Communications are sent from connect@kingdomcleantx.com.
Day of Service
Place bins curbside after your trash collection day. Bins must remain empty and accessible for cleaning until 6:00 PM the following day.
Contents of Bins
Bins must be free of unbagged trash, hazardous materials, yard waste, and construction debris. Kingdom Clean will not clean bins containing hazardous waste or materials that cannot be safely processed through our sanitation equipment.
Gated Access
Customers must ensure Kingdom Clean has an up-to-date gate code. Missed service due to access issues is not refundable.
Bin Condition
Bins should be in good condition and free from damage that would impede cleaning.
3. Missed Service / Non-Serviceable Bin Policy
If Kingdom Clean arrives for scheduled service and the bin cannot be cleaned due to customer-related conditions, the service will be considered fulfilled and charges will still apply.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- Bins not placed curbside
- Bins containing trash or debris
- Bins blocked by vehicles or objects
- Bins inaccessible due to gates or locked areas
- Bins contaminated with prohibited substances
- Unsafe conditions preventing service
Kingdom Clean may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled service. Additional service fees may apply for return visits.
4. Technician Discretion and Safety Authority
For the safety of employees and equipment, Kingdom Clean technicians maintain full discretion to refuse or discontinue service under any circumstances deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
- Active infestations of maggots, rodents, insects, or wildlife
- Hazardous waste exposure
- Chemical contamination
- Dangerous road conditions or weather
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe property conditions
If service is refused under these circumstances, the service visit may still be considered fulfilled.
5. Paint, Oil, Chemical, and Hazardous Material Exclusion
The Kingdom Clean Clean Bin Guarantee applies only to normal residential household trash residue.
The guarantee explicitly excludes bins contaminated with substances that permanently adhere to, stain, coat, or chemically alter the bin surface.
- Paint (wet, partially cured, or dried)
- Oil, grease, or petroleum products
- Automotive fluids or lubricants
- Construction materials including adhesives, caulks, grout, sealants, or concrete slurry
- Industrial chemicals or solvents
- Cleaning agents, acids, or corrosive substances
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Human or animal waste
- Cat litter or fecal matter
- Sharps, needles, or medical waste
- Dead animals
These materials can permanently bond to or penetrate the plastic structure of the bin, making full restoration impossible through sanitation processes.
Bins containing these substances are not eligible for the Clean Bin Guarantee, and Kingdom Clean reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Discontinue cleaning
- Remove the bin from service eligibility
- Apply additional remediation fees
Some bins may be deemed non-restorable.
6. Permanent Staining, Odor, and Restoration Limitations
Kingdom Clean uses professional high-temperature sanitation equipment and eco-friendly detergents designed to remove typical trash-related grime and odors.
- Some stains are permanent
- Some odors require multiple treatments
- Some chemical contamination cannot be removed
- Sun damage and aging permanently discolor plastic bins
Kingdom Clean does not guarantee cosmetic restoration or like-new appearance of bins.
The Clean Bin Guarantee applies only to reasonable sanitation improvement, not full restoration.
7. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer
Kingdom Clean is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural weakness or deterioration of bins.
- Cracked plastic
- Brittle lids
- Broken wheels
- Loose hinges
- UV-damaged plastic
- Warped containers
Handling bins during normal service may expose existing weaknesses. Kingdom Clean shall not be liable for breakage or failure resulting from prior damage or normal wear.
8. Property Access and Driveway Liability
Customers grant Kingdom Clean permission to enter the property for the purpose of servicing bins.
- Driveways
- Side yards
- HOA service areas
- Gated communities
Customers acknowledge that bin cleaning vehicles carry water and cleaning equipment that may temporarily contact driveway surfaces.
Kingdom Clean shall not be liable for normal water runoff, minor splashback, or incidental water contact associated with sanitation operations.
9. Clean Bin Guarantee Limitations
The Kingdom Clean Clean Bin Guarantee means that Kingdom Clean will make reasonable efforts to sanitize and deodorize bins during service.
- Permanent stains
- Chemical contamination
- Paint or oil residue
- Structural damage
- Bins contaminated with prohibited materials
If a customer believes service was not completed properly, they must notify Kingdom Clean within 24 hours of service.
Kingdom Clean’s sole remedy under the Clean Bin Guarantee is one complimentary re-clean attempt.
No refunds will be issued beyond this remedy.
10. Rescheduling
For changes, notify Kingdom Clean by 5:00 PM CST the day before scheduled service.
No refunds are issued for requests made after this time.
11. Cancellations
To cancel, email connect@kingdomcleantx.com before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Service continues through the billing cycle if canceled after payment.
Cancellation After First Service
If canceling after the first cleaning, Kingdom Clean will charge the difference between the recurring rate and a one-time cleaning rate.
Relocation
Customers relocating outside of the service area may transfer service to another person within the area or receive a prorated refund.
12. Charges and Payment
Customers agree to pay all service charges, including applicable taxes. Kingdom Clean reserves the right to modify charges with prior notice.
Automatic Payments
Payments are processed on the first of each month for scheduled services.
Declined Payments
Customers will be notified of payment failures and must provide an alternative method. Failure to address payment issues may result in service suspension.
13. Modifications to Agreement
Kingdom Clean reserves the right to update terms or service procedures. Customers will be notified via email or the website.
Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Texas.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Neither party may transfer rights or obligations under this Agreement without written consent from the other party.
